Ultrasonic plastic welding process:

The electrical control system also manipulates preload, trigger ultrasonic and weld hold time. This welding machine can also be equipped with a professional microcomputer control system to complete the automatic control of the start, the rise and fall of the welding head, the triggering of the ultrasonic wave, the preloading and the welding time, and to calculate, store and select the best welding of different welding targets. Parameters such as ultrasonic power, pressure and welding time are ensured to ensure reliable welding quality.
